5 star ratingTook my fur child Tyson to get a wash while visiting my family, and chose this location because was really close to me, didn't require proof of his vaccinations (which Petco does) and was fairly priced. I didn't know it would take a few hours when i dropped him off( so be warned), but i took advantage of the time and ran a few errands. Norma Jean had done Tyson's grooming and when i picked him up he had a 'report card' on what was cleaned, as well as the condition of his coat,skin,ears, teeth,and glands. He had a cute little bow when i got him, and honestly he was pretty happy. Clean doggie = Happy Dog mom. Pleased with the work. Will take him back when back in Chino. Thank you Norma Jean!

5 star ratingGrooming: 5 Stars. My dog, Kobe comes back well groomed with a bow every time. I love the fact they have a little report card for him every time. Thank you, Paulina.

Boarding: 5 Stars. I love the fact that I can kennel my puppy, even though he isn't altered yet. The handlers remember my dog when he comes in and they seem very loving towards all the pets that come in.

Front Desk: 3.5 Stars. Depending on time of day and how busy they are, the front desk can be a mixed bag. Today I came in as scheduled and the lady at the front said my dog wasn't ready, but the groomer says he was. She then asked what my last name was, she said it wrong twice and my dogs name incorrectly twice and when I tried to correct her, she said it didn't matter because they wouldn't know the difference on the radio. I thought that her response was a little rude.

Overall: 4.5 Stars, today was the only time I had somewhat of a negative (wasn't that big of a deal in hindsight) experience, but the only thing that matters in the end is that my dog is taken care of.
