Though many establishments have come and gone over the years, Chino's Caring Kennel has remained steadfast in providing the best animal care possible. Today, Chino's Caring Kennel is known and respected for its reputation of excellence throughout the community.
The Chino location was purchased in December 2017 by Jennifer and Mark Blaz in partnership with Sasha and Steve Lewis, formerly known as Vinjon's Kennel Chino. While there have been many changes in the industry over the past couple of decades, the new owners are looking to grow the business and continue to offer the most exceptional care our furry guests deserve.
PERSONAL SERVICEWe'd love to meet you and your pets and show you where your friends stay while you're away. To ensure the safety of your pet(s), we have onsite staffing 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (a kennel attendant lives on the premises). Additionally we have veterinarians who are on-call to handle any medical emergencies. Stop by for a personal tour and meet our friendly staff!

Grooming: 5 Stars. My dog, Kobe comes back well groomed with a bow every time. I love the fact they have a little report card for him every time. Thank you, Paulina. Boarding: 5 Stars. I love the fact that I can kennel my puppy, even though he isn't altered yet. The handlers remember my dog when he comes in and they seem very loving towards all the pets that come in. Front Desk: 3.5 Stars. Depending on time of day and how busy they are, the front desk can be a mixed bag. Today I came in as scheduled and the lady at the front said my dog wasn't ready, but the groomer says he was. She then asked what my last name was, she said it wrong twice and my dogs name incorrectly twice and when I tried to correct her, she said it didn't matter because they wouldn't know the difference on the radio. I thought that her response was a little rude. Overall: 4.5 Stars, today was the only time I had somewhat of a negative (wasn't that big of a deal in hindsight) experience, but the only thing that matters in the end is that my dog is taken care of.
