5 star ratingGrooming: 5 Stars. My dog, Kobe comes back well groomed with a bow every time. I love the fact they have a little report card for him every time. Thank you, Paulina.

Boarding: 5 Stars. I love the fact that I can kennel my puppy, even though he isn't altered yet. The handlers remember my dog when he comes in and they seem very loving towards all the pets that come in.

Front Desk: 3.5 Stars. Depending on time of day and how busy they are, the front desk can be a mixed bag. Today I came in as scheduled and the lady at the front said my dog wasn't ready, but the groomer says he was. She then asked what my last name was, she said it wrong twice and my dogs name incorrectly twice and when I tried to correct her, she said it didn't matter because they wouldn't know the difference on the radio. I thought that her response was a little rude.

Overall: 4.5 Stars, today was the only time I had somewhat of a negative (wasn't that big of a deal in hindsight) experience, but the only thing that matters in the end is that my dog is taken care of.
