5 star ratingOur dogs Russell (shitzu) and Fred (Maltese/shitzu) white color with hint of brown love it here. They get pampered I know and groomed very well. We've been going for two months now since it's a once a month treat for the dogs. My cousin referred us to this place, we thought we'd give it a try. For some reason, price has gone up? Last time I paid $50 per dog and today $105 for 2. I'm not sure why, but anyways my cousins dogs are a lot bigger and cost the same. I haven't had a chance to ask this question but why does my dogs (smaller ) seems to cost the same as my cousins bigger dogs? Also, do the dogs get fed or sent out to poop or pee ? For some reason my dogs (twice visited) reactions : seemed like they're so hungry and thirsty and waiting to go outside to poo or pee. Pls kindly advise! Thank you!New : Thank you for the clarification response and the call. My husband is the one picking up and paying for the dogs and thought it was higher in price. Anyways, I've updated the review and given you 5 stars for being professional on the response and for being prompt! We will continue to come for service and hope everything goes well as usual! Our facilities at Chino's Caring Kennel and It's A Dog's World K-9 Academy are routinely disinfected with anti-viral cleaners, and in accordance with CDC recommendations, we have increased the cleaning frequency and protocols to include all surfaces that people regularly contact. As we know, wearing a face mask and hand washing hygiene is an important protocol that we continue to implement for all staff and clients. We provide options for hand cleaning and hand sanitizers for clients and associates, and we work closely with our teams to ensure that anyone who is not feeling well understands that we support them staying home.
