The coronavirus (COVID-19) has created a number of challenges for all of our families, both personally and professionally. Our first priority is to keep you, your family, and your pets safe and healthy during this public health concern.

We want to reassure you that we are available to continue to care for your pet's needs while we take the necessary steps to keep you, our staff and associates in a safe environment.

Our facilities at Chino's Caring Kennel and It's A Dog's World K-9 Academy are routinely disinfected with anti-viral cleaners, and in accordance with CDC recommendations, we have increased the cleaning frequency and protocols to include all surfaces that people regularly contact. As we know, wearing a face mask and hand washing hygiene is an important protocol that we continue to implement for all staff and clients. We provide options for hand cleaning and hand sanitizers for clients and associates, and we work closely with our teams to ensure that anyone who is not feeling well understands that we support them staying home.
